Although there are many types of readings to choose from, the one we will start with is the Health Reading. This will give you an overview of your:
- Spiritual Health
- Mental Health
- Emotional Health

- Energetic Health
These reading will provide you a reflection of yourself as well as holistic remedies to address any ailments you are encountering. In addition to the body of the reading, you will also be given the opportunity to ask an additional 5 questions of your choice. We will address your questions ahead of your scheduled reading time to get you prepared.

Once we have our preliminary meeting and you receive your Akashic Health reading, you will be given a transcript of report which we will use in the following 5 remaining sessions together. In our 5 sessions, you will get personalized coaching on how to work with the information and apply it in your life to produce lasting change. I will provide feedback, support and accountability.
PRICING:
This package is fee $1,000. There is an additional fee of $160 for your reading to be paid and scheduled through Akashic Resources. (Total package with reading: $1,150).

In your session you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive reflection and support from me
- Ask specific questions and receive clarification
- Be challenged to ‘critically think’ through the content in the reading and how it applies in your life
- Receive teachings on any aspect that feels incomplete or where you need further understanding
- Be guided to set specific goals based on the suggestions from your reading.
- Receive accountability on those goals to put into application between sessions and discuss your progress one-on-one
- Get connected to practitioners that can assist you (For example, let’s say you had a suggestion to connect with an Abdominal Massage therapist or Rebirthing Breathwork therapist - I can connect you with providers in your area!)
