My name is Jill, and I am a Martha Beck Certified Wayfinder Life Coach who works with high-functioning individuals looking to improve or change various aspects of their lives who are ready to invest time and create space to discover what their higher self/soul has been whispering to them.  

I have also achieved Reiki Two Attunement in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.  The 60-minute Reiki session will consist of 40 minutes of Reiki and a 20-minute debriefing following the session, which is designed to be an exchange of what you experienced during the session and what I observed.  It is also a time for you to ask any questions.
