ICF Recording Evaluation
Program Features:
Recording Evaluation:- Submit a coaching recording (20-45 minutes).
- Evaluation based on the certification level (ACC, PCC, MCC).
- Feedback provided based on ICF Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) and relevant markers.
- Written Feedback & Transcript:
- A detailed written evaluation will be based on ICF markers/bars for your chosen certification level.
- Transcript of your coaching session.
- Turnaround Time:
- Evaluations are completed within three business days.
- Processing Call:
- A 15-minute call to gain further insights into your feedback.
- Additional Mentoring:
- Optional mentoring session for an additional $200 per hour.

How is the assessment scored?
Please visit the Minimum Skills page to learn more about what the assessors look for at each level.
How long does the recording need to be?
Between 20 and 60 minutes.
If my client is also a coach, is that okay?
You may submit the session as long as the client is a regular client of yours, even if the client is also a coach. A regular client comes to you for coaching and no other purpose.
For the 2 recordings at the PCC and MCC levels, do they both need to be in the same language?
No. Each recorded session may be in a different language.
Can I submit a session from the Reciprocal Peer Coaching program?
Yes. As you are matched with another coach for several sessions, they are considered to be a regular client.
Where do I locate Performance Evaluation Feedback?
The assessor(s) will provide feedback on your submitted coaching session(s). You may access the feedback from inside your Credential application on the Performance Evaluation tab(s). To access your application, sign in to your ICF profile at the bottom of the page. You will be notified by email when the feedback is available.
