The work we do in coaching is that of breaking down the obstacles that hold us all back into smaller pieces and addressing them with a clear perception, small actionable steps, and commitment to the results. I work to support you in crafting real actionable items that get you to your goals as well as looking deeper into yourself in order to root out the parts of you that stop you when you get stuck.
- You do psychedelic coaching and integration. Can you get me psychedelics? No. The work I do with psychedelics is in the capacity of coaching and integration. I am happy to discuss this more in an exploratory conversation.
