This is a complimentary 30-minute Strategy session designed to help you gain clarity about where you are in life, identify areas of overwhelm, and explore how faith-based coaching can support your growth.

We’ll walk through a live overview of my She THRIVES program, discuss your personal goals, and create a brief pathway toward renewing your mind and reclaiming your peace and purpose.
3. Who is this call for?
This call is for strong, ambitious women who feel overwhelmed, need direction, or women that are ready to set and accomplish personal goals. It’s designed to help you grow spiritually, find balance, and take the next step toward lasting transformation in your life and live out your God-given purpose.
4. Is there any cost or obligation?
No, the call is completely free. It’s an opportunity to experience my coaching style and see if we’re a great fit before moving forward with a full coaching program.
5. How do I prepare for the call?
Ensure you complete the Intake Form and come ready to share what’s been weighing on your heart and where you’d like to see change. Find a quiet space where you can speak openly and take notes if you’d like.
