So you've completed a Discovery Call and you're ready to begin ADHD coaching! How exciting! I am thrilled to support you on your journey.

My 1:1 ADHD coaching sessions are personalized based on your unique needs and goals, including tailored session notes, learning content, and more though your password-protected client portal here on Paperbell. Whether you want to build solid time management skills, reduce your overwhelm, minimize procrastination, foster growth and resilience, or all of the above we will co-create personalized strategies that work for you.

I highly recommend this package for new coaching clients because it will allow us to build a solid foundation and get you on the fast-track to understanding your brain and building your confidence. 

Want support or an accountability buddy between coaching sessions? I got you! Request a check-in via text or email for that extra confidence boost. 

This package auto-renews each month for a seamless coaching and scheduling experience. You can cancel or move to a different package at any time. Want a consistent appointment day/time? You can schedule sessions up to 1 year out to reserve your spot! 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?
No I do not. Unfortunately, ADHD coaching is not covered by insurance. If you have concerns, talk to me about sliding scale options!
How long before I see results?
While we will begin working towards your goals immediately, coaching is not an instantaneous solution. It takes time and commitment from coach and client. Typically it can take at least 4 sessions to start to see progress. I recommend coaching for 3-6 months to see significant progress in a variety of areas.
How do you stay up-to-date on the latest ADHD research, resources, and tools?
It is of the utmost importance to me that I know as much as possible about ADHD and continue to actively build on that knowledge. I do this by reading scientific literature, reading reputable books, listening to podcasts by leaders in the field, taking courses by ADHD experts, attending multiple ADHD conferences per year, and more.
