The Alignment Integration Intensive is a private, nature-immersive retreat held in a clean, low-stimulus mountain environment in the Smoky Mountains. It’s designed for individuals or couples seeking clarity, recalibration, and embodied integration—without overwhelm, performance, or pressure to “figure it all out.”

Before our call, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help clarify your current state, needs, and intentions. This allows us to use our time together efficiently and intentionally.
