Agreements for the call
- Engagement: Come with an open mind, ready to explore your goals and challenges with curiosity.
- Comfort: Show up however you feel most comfortable. Camera on or off, at your desk or lounging on a bean bag; it's all allowed as long as you're present and ready to engage.
- Confidentiality: Everything shared will remain confidential, except in specific cases where disclosure is required by law.
- Focus: Arrive prepared to make the most of our time, free from distractions, so you can fully engage in the process.
- You're in charge: Coaching is a collaborative partnership where I act as your thought partner, sounding board, and facilitator. You choose the focus and set your objectives, while I help guide and support you in reaching them.
