- Goal Setting Exercise: In our first session, we’ll take what we learned in your Strategy & Planning session, clarifying your priorities and mapping out your goals across key areas of your life. This exercise helps you gain a holistic view of where you want to focus your energy and create a balanced approach to growth.
- Weekly Coaching Sessions: Each week, we’ll meet for a focused 50-minute coaching session where we’ll dive deeper into your goals, tackle obstacles, and refine strategies that work for you. You’ll leave each session with actionable steps to implement in your everyday life.
- Weekly Email Support: In addition to our sessions, you’ll receive ongoing email support to keep you on track. Whether you have quick questions or need extra guidance, I’m here to offer feedback, encouragement, and check-ins to help you stay accountable and motivated.
By the end of our 8 weeks together, you’ll have the clarity, confidence, and skills to manage ADHD challenges with greater ease, move forward with your goals, and create lasting change that supports your unique needs.
