This package is for a fixed number of short, laser-focused sessions, which works best for people who have a specific, targeted goal and the ability to stay on task within a structured framework. With less time together each week, we talk less about stressors (what’s going on in your life) and stick to the nitty-gritty of how to make it better. It's best for your momentum to schedule these sessions weekly, but there's flexibility available. 

In the first session, which is full-length, we'll put together a picture of your situation and needs, set a goal to work on, and come up with an approach. If you’re repeating this package, we’ll use the first session of subsequent packages to review your progress and decide whether and how to keep building your established goals or pivot to something new.
In the 2nd-5th sessions we'll explore techniques and exercises to incorporate into your daily life, work on building those resilient habits, and check in on your progress. 
In the 6th session, we'll observe your progress toward your goal and wrap up any loose ends. Or, if you want to continue with a new package, we’ll do a normal 6th session and use the next package to review your progress and make a plan to move forward.

Please note all sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchasing the package, or they'll expire. Short sessions work best when we stay focused, so there’s less discussion of stressors.

What if my targeted goal package is over, but I have more work to do?
The last session in any targeted package will include a check-in to see your progress. If you want to work on another goal, or do more work on the same goal, you can always purchase another package or switch to an ongoing collaboration plan. Ongoing plans offer my lowest regular rates!
