Provides opportunity for individual team members to explore any impediments to communication and/or team strengths with the goal of ultimately improving competence, confidence, and employee / team member effectiveness;
Allows team members and coach to determine if any additional assistance is needed personally which would be outside of the scope of the consultant/coach;
