First, we’ll kick off with a 50-minute session to assess where you are today, determine your priorities, and clarify where you want to be, setting realistic milestones to track your progress.
Focus
Each month, we’ll have a 30-minute session to reevaluate your goals, celebrate your achievements, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
Accountability
Additionally, we’ll have quick 15-minute check-ins throughout the month to ensure you’re staying on track, providing ongoing support and motivation. With expert guidance, we’ll dive into building sustainable habits, tackling obstacles, and ensuring you stay motivated every step of the way.

Can I be flexible with booking the 15-minute and 30-minute appointments, and when should I use them?
Yes, the 15-minute check-in sessions and 30-minute appointments are flexible and can be scheduled at your convenience. You can book the 15-minute check-ins whenever you feel you need extra support, accountability, or guidance on specific challenges. The 30-minute appointments are generally scheduled at the beginning of each month, or whenever you feel it’s time to dive deeper into your progress, discuss any changes, or address larger topics. The goal is to tailor our sessions to what you need most at any given time, so feel free to adjust as necessary.
What if I need to reschedule one of my sessions?
Life happens, and I understand that schedules can change. You can reschedule any session within 24 hours of the appointment time through your client account.
What happens after the 6 months?
At the end of the six months, we’ll reflect on your journey together during the final session. If you’d like to continue working together, we can discuss the best next steps, whether that’s additional coaching or creating a plan for you to continue moving forward independently. My goal is to ensure you feel empowered and confident in maintaining your progress long after the program ends.
