The Sense Check is a 40-minute, time-bound office-hours session for spiritual discernment, reflection, and grounded perspective.
This offering is designed for moments when you donât need a full Altar Session or formal divination, but you do need intentional space to think, feel, and listenâwithout the open-ended back-and-forth of informal conversation or inbox support.
Sense Check sessions are conversational and relational. They center active listening, spiritual synthesis, and gentle guidance rather than prediction or performance. Divination tools may be used if appropriate, but they are not promised or required. The foundation of this work is discernment, not extraction.
These sessions are offered on select days each month and are meant to create clarity through containment, not urgency.
This is not crisis care, emergency support, or ongoing accompanimentâit is a focused, consensual container for reflection and next-step clarity.
This space is especially well-suited for:
- Sense-making rather than certainty
- Naming what you already know but havenât said out loud
- Checking alignment before taking a next step
- Moving out of rumination and into grounded clarity
What This Session Is Not
To protect both of us, Sense Check sessions are not:
- Emergency or crisis support
- Ongoing spiritual direction
- Inbox access before or after the session
- Guaranteed divination, card pulls, or psychic work
- A replacement for therapy or medical care
