* Organization is the client; designed for organizations experiencing a major change, and/or experiencing internal conflict for whatever reason. This session package can be renewed as many times as client needs; group sessions are at company's offices within the Gig Harbor, WA area.
* Like all packages with V. Cravens, MCPC, leadership is invited to schedule a (complementary) Discovery Session to determine fit.

* Group minimum – three; maximum – six; price is the same per session; if the client needs session(s) for more than six, we may need to break it into multiple sessions as appropriate; consultant will need to schedule group sessions since consideration will need to be made for travel time/set up; will discuss with client.
* Individual 1:1 sessions can be provided to team members, 'gifted' by client as needed; consultant will forward separate package for 'gifted' sessions to be set up by their team members, and billed to client. 1:1 sessions can be at client's place of business or a consultant's Gig Harbor office.
* Price is based on per/session maximum group size; can purchase just one session (and reorder as needed) or purchase a two or three-session package, that will scheduled to ensure you have availability.
* Deliverables: Identify communication gaps and/or assist in the transition process for a change in your business; provide third-party professional to open the conversation, identify gaps or blocks, and drive solutions.
