✅ A Clear Starting Point – We begin with a specially curated process to help launch you into a coaching relationship that fits. This isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching—it’s built for you, with you.

✅ Seven Coaching Sessions Over Three Months – You’ll meet with your coach regularly to start mapping out your future before the pressure hits. You’ll gain clarity, build confidence, and create a game plan for navigating your next steps.

✅ A Guide Who’s on Your Team – We’re not here to lecture or tell you what to do. Our bias is YOU. Your coach is in your corner, walking with you, helping you discover what’s possible, and cheering you on.

✅ Parent Connection - Your family is your biggest support. We work in activities and a few connect sessions with you and your parents. Teamwork makes the dream work. (This is required for minor participants)
