Yoga isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about discovering what works for you. My private yoga sessions are designed with the belief that yoga should adapt to your body, your needs, and where you are right now in your journey rather than making you fit a yoga mold.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, working with an injury, or simply seeking a more personalized approach, I’ll guide you through practices that honor your unique body, lifestyle, and needs. Together, we’ll explore movement, breath, and mindfulness in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and empowering—because yoga truly is for every body.

Your yoga, your way. From dynamic flows to gentle, meditative practices, to energy moving kundalini kyras, I offer a variety of yoga styles to meet you where you are. Together we will find the right practice for you, and maybe that is a mix of many different yoga styles.

The Details and Fine Print
 
  1. All sessions are for up to 4 people. Each additional person is $25.
  2. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your start time, you may be charged a $50 late cancel fee. Please stay in touch and let me know if something happens. 
  3. Scheduling, payment, waivers, and communication will take place through my Paperbell site (Rewind Somatic Life Coaching) so you will need to create an account when you purchase your session or package. 
  4. You provide the location (home or other), which must be within 30 miles of Gloucester Courthouse, Virginia. The ideal location is quiet and has enough room for a mat for each person and at least 12 inches of space around each mat. It can be outside, but offices, living rooms, garages, and basements can work. 
  5. You must provide your own mat, but I will provide props and music. 
  6. Animals are always welcome but can be a distraction.
