The Process
01 Direction (Session 1)
Get clear on what you want to be known for now. We take stock of where you've been and name what you want to carry forward, so the rest of the work has a real target.
02 Translation (Sessions 2 to 3)
Turn your experience into a story the new market understands. We rebuild how you talk about your work, on paper and out loud, so it lands with someone reading from outside your field entirely.
03 Targeting (Session 4)
Choose the roles, organizations and people worth your time. We build a short, specific list instead of a long vague one, so your effort goes where it has a real chance.
04 Networking (Sessions 5 to 6)
Show up on LinkedIn and in conversations without overexposing. We build an outreach rhythm and the language to go with it, so reaching out stops feeling like a gamble.
05 Momentum (Sessions 7 to 8)
Keep the search moving through the long middle. We troubleshoot what's not landing, adjust based on what you're hearing back, and stop the gaps between applications from turning into months.
If you land a role while we're still working together, remaining sessions shift to help you start strong.
