Nope, that's not how I roll. Instead of asking everyone and their mother what they think you should do, I'm going to ask YOU what you want. Using my magical coaching powers, I will help you follow the breadcrumbs of what lights you up AND meets your material needs. Don't get me wrong. I have heaps of very practical, strategic resources and experience to help you make tangible changes in your work. But the most important thing I can offer you isn't some cookie-cutter test--it's showing you how to listen to your body and your needs as you navigate your career. In short, only YOU know your next step, and I'll help you uncover it, trust it, and go for it.

What happens over the course of 3 months?
When we first start out, we'll spend some time setting intentions. What do you want to walk away from coaching with? What shifts do you want to make? If you don't know, we'll start with what's NOT working in your relationship with your work, and we'll uncover your desires over time. Clients usually have several areas of focus, including inner shifts they want to make (like feeling more confident at work, curbing habits of nighttime emailing, or being kinder to themselves) AND outer shifts they want to make (like asking for a raise, setting boundaries, or discovering a new path). Throughout the 3 months, we'll meet 6 times to make progress on your intentions, pivoting or adding new intentions as we continue. You can also email or voice-message me between sessions. And you'll get lifetime access to my vault of my work-related digital courses and resources to help you along the way.
Do we have to limit our sessions to talking about work?
Oh lord, no! I can coach you on anything you like. Besides, work is so intertwined with all aspects of life—relationships, community, health, politics, desires. It's all connected. We can follow the thread of what's most alive for you on any given day. That being said, if you want in-depth coaching on work AND life, my Ignite-Your-Life Coaching package might be a better fit. You'll get life coaching and career coaching, including all my courses and resources in both the Work Vault and the Life Vault. By contrast, this career coaching package "only" provides access to my work-related digital vault (which is damn impressive, don't get me wrong).
What if I need to cancel a session?
During our coaching engagement, it's understandable that sometimes things come up. I ask for as much notice as possible, and will offer you the same courtesy. All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless there are extenuating circumstances or we agree to a different length of time in advance.

What's your refund policy?
With my larger packages, $500 is non-refundable. This is because right off the bat, I spend many hours outside our sessions integrating, onboarding, nurturing, and investing in my clients. This may be invisible, but you'll feel the impact. This fee also reflects that you’ve been given access to my vault of valuable downloadable resources. Additionally, any used sessions are non-refundable. Beyond that, I’m very flexible with postponing our work, pausing payments, or offering refunds for any prepaid, unused sessions. If you're hesitant to commit or money is a barrier, I schedule a single coaching session to see if we're a good fit and discuss your concerns. Spending this money should feel like taking an exhilarating and intentional leap!
