Who This is For

If you’ve never worked with a health and wellness coach before, this Discovery Call is especially beneficial for you. It will help you understand the roles and responsibilities of both you as the client and I as your coach during the time that you are in the program.

Here is a short list of other considerations:

· This call establishes clear expectations in terms of protocol for each session and for the overall program. Setting this up early on helps to prevent misunderstandings later on. It’s the little things that can make the biggest difference in someone’s experience

· A Discovery Call also provides both the client and the coach the opportunity to determine if they are a good fit for each other. It opens the door to begin building a relationship and fostering trust. Trust is crucial for a successful client/coach partnership

· It will help to give you a feel if I will be a good match in helping you solve your eczema problem and in getting you to your desired goal and outcome

It has been my experience in dealing with past clients that the more they are willing to share, the more I am able to point them in areas they have never considered in the past. So they walk away with very valuable information for FREE! You see, this Discovery Call is a two-way conversation of give and take.

As we engage in conversation, they tend to open up even more and often walk away with deeper insights not just about themselves, but also about eczema overall. This often puts them in a position of confidence. If they started out being doubtful at the beginning of our conversation, they're now seeing a future life without eczema.

This Discovery Call can help identify and clarify your biggest struggle(s) and your primary goal. This information can help tailor an approach and create a focused and effective program that is aligned with those objectives in mind. While I will share how I can support your wellness journey, there's no obligation to continue beyond this free consultation. This Discovery Call is simply an opportunity for you to explore your options and to see if we're a good fit to work together.

There will be absolutely no pressure to make any decisions during our call. Instead, I will offer helpful suggestions for your next steps, whether that includes working with me or exploring other options. My goal is for you to leave the call feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a clearer path to follow going forward.
