Embodied Realms Immersion

An Embodied Realms Immersion is a series of six Energy Archaeology® sessions completed within two to three months. This means we'll see each other weekly or bi-weekly!

Immersions take a slow, deep, meandering path. Each session builds upon the last, picking up energetic threads that your body is ready to open, resolve, unwind, and release. This work goes far beyond what a single session can accomplish, and energetic shifts, physical, mental, emotional, and outer world changes will ripple out for months and years to come.

We don’t just work with what feels urgent or emergent in the moment, but the energetic structural integrity of why that pattern is there, where it came from, and how else it’s woven throughout your physical and energetic body.

Imagine an investigation board from a crime drama: pictures, words, maps, yarn strung throughout, a maze of interconnected events, energies, places, and people.

I follow the threads, resolve connections, release what has been embodied for lifetimes, and create space for an entirely different pattern to arise—one that’s congruent with your soul, your spirit, your body, and your mind. 

Just like with an Energy Archaeology session, I'll explain what I see, what it wants to move toward, and the way it's showing itself to me, then I'll  be quiet while I energetically do that bit of work. We repeat this pattern as we move on to where your body is guiding us next. There's a natural ebb and flow between wakeful understanding and bringing to consciousness, and deeper periods of rest and unconscious unfolding.

At the beginning of each session we spend some time recapping how your body and energy have shifted from the last time we met, and discuss what has come up in the interim.

Sessions can last from 60 to 90 minutes. I work to what I call "energetic completion" not a time-for-money model, so when the energy feels complete, we wrap things up.
