This one-month intensive journey gives us that space.
With 8 hours of individual coaching during the month, we can work in the rhythm that best serves you: longer deep-dive sessions, shorter focused conversations, or a combination that evolves with what is happening.

My approach brings together professional and intercultural coaching, mindfulness, somatic awareness and systemic thinking. We pay attention to what is happening within you — thoughts, emotions, body and intuition — while also looking outward at relationships, stakeholders, culture and the systems around you.

We find the practices, perspectives and actions that help you meet what is here while holding your well-being.
This is a concentrated space for introspection, stakeholder analysis, experimentation, courage and action — with enough continuity to respond to what emerges as the month unfolds.
