Day one - Self-examination and awareness (3 hours)
Day two - Sharing with your partner and exploring weaknesses, strengths, non-negotiables & needs. (8 hours)
Day three - Final awareness day to be completely open and honest, review & wrap up. (6 hours)
Check-ins - for one year after your appointment we will have three virtual appointments and you will have some assignments to turn in before we schedule within a 90-day time frame.
