May I choose to be billed smaller, more frequent payments instead of the entire fee monthly?
Unfortunately not. The Paperbell subscription model supports only a monthly auto-renewal payment, without options for multiple payments within the month.
How long will my subscription run once purchased?
Your subscription runs indefinitely, auto-renewing the monthly fee for 4 sessions, on the same day of each month. If you don't use both of your sessions in any month, they are not lost. The sessions are aded to your remaining session balance and may be scheduled when you are ready.
How do I cancel my subscription?
After logging in to the Client Portal, click on the Packages tab at the top of the page, and select your subscription package from the list of any past packages you have previously purchased. Then scroll to the bottom of the Package page and select "Cancel subscription".
What happens to my existing appointments and unused sessions when I cancel my subscription?
Any sessions scheduled before the subscription period ends remain in the schedule. You will also be able to schedule any unused sessions before the subscription period ends. Should you accumulate additional sessions that you are unable to use before your subscription ends, They will be credited to you in a separate package and must be used in 90 days.
