Who This is For
You planned the money. You may have already left the job. But now that you're here, the life part feels a lot fuzzier than you expected. Maybe you're curious what designing a bold retirement actually involves. Maybe you're ready to find out what coaching with me looks like. Either way, this is where you start.
What to Expect
This is a relaxed, confidential conversation, and honestly, one of my favorite parts of what I do. I love meeting women at this crossroads.
I'll start by getting to know you — where you are, what's been on your mind, what you're hoping this next chapter feels like. Then it's your turn: ask me anything you're wondering about, including how I actually work with women. And we'll talk honestly about whether I'm the right person to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.
Here's what I want you to know going in: my whole goal is to help you reach the best decision for you — whatever that turns out to be. You won't be asked to decide anything on the spot, and there's no obligation to continue past this conversation. It's a chance to feel heard, get a little clearer, and see if we're a good fit. That's it.
Testimonials
"Elaine gave me insights that probably would have taken me months, if ever, to work out on my own. She asked great questions that opened me up, and before I knew it we were talking deeply about what I was experiencing as a newly retired person. Elaine is warm, smart, intuitive, and knowledgeable."
- Nancy H., Retired Professor
"My conversation with Elaine lit a spark in me and made me see possibilities that might be in my future — and that I am not alone."
- Nancy K., Retired Business Owner
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you pressure me to sign up for coaching?
No. If it feels like a fit, I'll tell you about my coaching program — what it focuses on, how it works, what it costs — because most women want to know. But there's zero pressure to decide anything on the call, and afterward I'll send you a follow-up email with notes from our conversation, so you walk away with something useful no matter what you choose.
What if I don't really know what I want yet?
That's honestly the best reason to come. Most women I talk to are in the foggy middle — financially set, but unclear on what they actually want this next chapter to look like. You don't need answers going in. A lot of this work is figuring out what you want, underneath all the shoulds. That's what the conversation is for.
Is this about the financial side of retirement?
No — that's not my world. I help with the life side: who you are now, how you want to spend your days, what makes this chapter feel like yours. If you've got the money part handled but the rest feels unsettled, you're in the right place.
