This is a chance to experience coaching with me firsthand. I look forward to learning more about your challenges, dreams, and the coaching goals you may have already identified. Not exactly sure what your goals are yet? That's ok! We can work together to clarify your goals during our conversation. I will send you a follow-up email with a list of possible coaching topics that might also be helpful.
During our conversation, I also want to answer any questions you may have about me, coaching, my approach, etc.
So that we can make the most of our time, here are two important questions to consider:
- What do you want to have at the end of our initial call that you don't have now?
- What would you like to have at the end of your coaching sessions that you don't have now?
At the end of our conversation, we can explore options for how we might work together if we both feel like it's a match. However, my primary goal during our conversation is to better understand the challenges you're facing and, hopefully, help you gain clarity about the next step you'd like to take.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How would you describe my coaching style?
My approach blends honest reflection, steady encouragement, and more than 20 years of corporate and nonprofit leadership experience to help you untangle what isn’t working, reconnect with your values, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I don't offer a performance quick fix or job-search coaching; I'm all about helping you build a life and a leadership style that feels whole, purposeful, and deeply your own.
Who do you love to coach?
I coach genuine, generous leaders who want more than career success; they want lives and livelihoods that feel aligned, meaningful, and intentional.
Why did you become a coach?
I've navigated a lot of transitions in my life. (In the last fifteen years alone, I’ve gotten divorced and remarried, bought a house, turned forty, had a baby, cared for my elderly in-laws, unexpectedly lost my job, started my first business in the middle of a global pandemic with a toddler at home, and become an ICF Professional Certified Coach-- eek!)
Some of these transitions were harder than others, but each one has helped me live more fully into the woman I’m proud to be becoming. Now I have the privilege of supporting leaders who find themselves feeling undervalued, overcommitted, and facing uncertainty in their careers. I help them thoughtfully navigate their own transitions to remain aligned with their values. After coaching, my clients can tackle their challenges with confidence, resilience, and authenticity. I get to be the coach I wish I'd had during my various challenges and transitions. How cool is that?!
