In this partnership, we’ll co-create a journey that helps you increase awareness of your thought patterns, emotional responses, and habitual behaviors. What to Expect


The coaching process begins with the Energetic Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, a research-backed tool developed by Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) that reveals how you show up energetically under stress and in everyday situations. This assessment offers insight into how your perceptions shape your reality, and how you can consciously shift your energy and mindset to create desired outcomes.

Included in your package:
  • A 20–30 minute online ELI Assessment measuring seven levels of energy and leadership potential
  • A 90-minute 1:1 debrief session where we explore your results and uncover the root assumptions and energetic blocks influencing your experience
  • Twelve additional 1:1 coaching sessions designed to integrate your insights and support ongoing shifts in mindset, energy, and behavior
  • Access to ICF-aligned coaching tools that support sustainable growth and awareness
