Required consult before we work together
This is our starting point. Before we dive into coaching, we meet for 30 minutes to see what’s really going on for you, what you’re hoping to shift, and whether I’m the right person to help.
This is not a fake “free session” stuffed with forced breakthroughs. It’s a real conversation where we:
- Get clear on what’s bringing you here
- Talk about what you’ve already tried and what isn’t working
- Give you a feel for my coaching style (kind, but very honest)
- Look at what working together could realistically support
You can ask me questions about my approach, my offers, and what coaching with me is actually like. I’ll be direct about what I can and can’t help with, and I will never pressure you into a package.
By the end, we’ll both know whether it makes sense to move forward—and if it doesn’t, you still walk away with more clarity about what you need next.
