Choose the date and time that works best for you. After selecting your date, you will be directed to the next page to enter your email address. - Enter Your Contact Information:
On the following page, please provide your first and last name, as well as your most convenient phone number. Submit this information to continue. - Verify Your Email Address:
For security, a 6-character verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. This ensures that only you— and no one else—can access your personal registration and retreat materials. Please check your inbox, enter the code on the verification page, and proceed. - Review and Sign the Participant Agreement:
Once your email is verified, you will be taken to the Participant Agreement to read and electronically sign. This step confirms your commitment and understanding. - Submit Your Retainer Payment:
After signing, you will access the secure payment page where you can complete your $1,000 USD non-refundable retainer via PayPal, credit, or debit card. This officially reserves your spot in the retreat.

Investment & Cancellation Policies
- Early Bird: $10,497 USD (single occupancy) — Ends March 31, 2026
- Regular: $11,497 USD (single occupancy) — Begins April 1, 2026
Payment Schedule
- $1,000 USD non-refundable retainer due at sign-up
- 50% of remaining balance due on or before April 1, 2026 (This date also marks the final day to receive a full refund minus the retainer if you cancel)
- Remaining balance due on or before July 1, 2026
- You may submit your full payment at any point before July 1, 2026. Simply let us know at [email protected]
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before April 1, 2026: Refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer
- Cancellations between April 1 and June 1, 2026: Forfeit 50% of total retreat cost, excluding retainer. Any payments made beyond this amount will be refunded less the retainer
- Cancellations after June 1, 2026: Forfeit all amounts paid and remain liable for any unpaid balance of the full retreat fee. No refunds will be issued
Other Important Information- We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including your retainer.
- If exchange rates fluctuate more than 5%, the retreat price may adjust. You will be notified, and may cancel within 7 days for a full refund, including retainer.
- Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if it’s determined that the retreat is not a suitable fit for you, in which case all payments will be refunded.
