Did you know the human body was designed to not have any aches, pains or illnesses and to live for hundreds of years?

According to the national and global health organizations, the numbers of cases are growing daily for chronic illnesses and diseases such as Heart disease, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Cancer, Obesity, Arthritis, Asthma and Strokes, to name a few. 

If the body is designed to never be sick, why are there so many illnesses and diseases? 

Where is the disconnect? Every ache, pain and symptom is the body delivering a message of importance in its own unique language. The only problem is, we didn't have the translation manual for this language - until now. 

I believe we are much greater than the sum of our physical parts. 

We are spiritual beings residing in physical bodies. 

We came to Earth to have experiences and to grow. 

We have constant guidance and support from our other parts as we go about having these experiences. 

It is very easy to forget who and what we really are and why we have placed ourselves here.

Our higher selves are constantly communicating with us to help us stay on the path we have chosen for our growth. 

One of the easiest ways to get our attention is through pain, so that's why we use it. 

When we learn to communicate directly with these parts, we no longer need the physical messages.

Julia Cannon was a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care and Home Health Care for over twenty years and during that time, she worked with hundreds of patients as they dealt with critical and chronic health issues.

These messages are coming from the greater part of you that knows why you are here and what your purpose is. 

Learn the Language of Your Body

We are constantly being sent messages via our bodies. Our High Self is always trying to communicate with us to guide us in our life. When we are off course our High Self will constantly try to get our attention. Subtly at first, but will persist & find alternative ways to get your attention if you are not listening.

One of the most effective ways to get your attention is through the body. It will use Pain, discomfort, dis-ease, illness, accidents, any way possible that will get you to stop & listen. The Universe will go to extreme lengths in many cases to get you to listen.

Your body when it is in pain or agony is quite literally screaming at you to please listen. But do you listen? Most people do not. Why? Because they do not know how to interpret the messages being sent to them through their bodies.

Once you listen, hear the message & action it, then the pain, discomfort, dis-ease, illness etc will heal itself.
