ProfileXT Assessment: A validated psychometric instrument that measures cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and leadership style alignment with role requirements.
In addition, I integrate emotional intelligence development using the Genos model, values-driven leadership practices, strategic design principles, and the Immunity to Change framework based on adult development theory (Kegan and Lahey).
All tools and methods are carefully selected to ensure that your leadership growth is not only insightful—but measurable, strategic, and deeply sustainable.
