FAQ

1)      Why is the fee of USD$200 so high?
Hundreds of manhours have gone into preparing this courseware. Informal fact finding with stakeholders, interviewees and interviewers, compiled into a coherent and comprehensive course to help usher you into a career of a commercial airline pilot. It is the only one of its kind in the market. This interview can potentially open the door to a job paying you $20,000 a month. Put that into perspective. Will you save $200 to risk missing out on a $20,000 job? Not to mention all the other perks an airline captain enjoys.
The skillset of a pilot is highly specialized and not very useful in other industries. Becoming a pilot is a personal commitment to a career and to a way of life. It is very costly time-wise and monetary wise for regrets. Find out if this is the career cut out for you. Make this personal commitment with your eyes open, with all the facts and figures I can arm you with.

2)      How does the airline interview differ from my interview experience with other organizations? Do I really need the coaching?
One local airline estimates about S$350,000 is spent to train every pilot from the ab-initio phase to become a commander. Believe me, it is a stringent, robust and well-oiled interview and selection process including at least 5 formal rounds of assessment. Not your run of the mill interview to work for a fast food restaurant. How prepared do you want to feel applying for your flying career depends on how serious you are about getting that job.

 3)      How does your product differ from those offered by flying schools?
Ultimately, flying schools want you to PAY THEM to get the aircraft rating (we're talking about several thousands of dollars here) before setting you up for the airline interviews. Join me and let the airlines PAY YOU from day 1 while training for the same aircraft rating. No Brainer?

4)      Can you guarantee my success with the interviews once I attend the course?
Certain qualifications and attributes (eg. medical condition, psychomotor ability) are inherent in you. No amount of coaching can alter it. However, coaching can mentally prepare you what to expect, how to handle difficult questions or tricky situational assessments, optimize the effectiveness of your resume. The airlines are not employing rocket scientists but I have also seen qualified candidates failed by their lack of or incorrect preparation. (succeeded after my intervention). I cannot guarantee your success but working together, we can certainly bump up your odds significantly.

5)      Does this course give me an added advantage?
Yes, it does. It provides you with that extra edge through knowledge and confidence. I must issue this disclaimer that all my research is informal but above board. No information sensitive to any airline is revealed here. The information which I will share with you in my coaching is a summation of my experience, the experience of past candidates, stakeholders and other information available in the public domain. I do not have the power to influence the outcome of your interview in any way.
