What to Expect
We are going to kick off this group coaching program by introducing ourselves and one belief or practice that we grew up thinking was taught by Islam, but later found out was not.

- Each week, we will discuss one of the misconceptions group members came up with in the first session
- The discussion will include sharing our personal experiences and learning what Islam really teaches regarding the topic through reliable sources
- Learn tools to rebuild unwavering faith in Islam
- Find your path to restoring your trust in Allah and your deen
***The format of the sessions is not set in stone and your feedback can be taken into consideration to better serve you and the group.***
Objective
The ultimate goal of this group coaching program is to educate ourselves about Islam, and tie that knowledge into our daily lives, which presents opportunities to see our faith in action, not just intention. I want you to walk away from the course knowing that you are not alone!

- 45-60 min weekly strategic sessions via video call
- Setting goals at every session
- Review goals, from prior weeks before, at every session
- Weekly homework and clearly defined actionable goals to complete
before the next session - Shared online workspace to easily collaborate on documents
- Added support in between sessions via text and email
- 2 Emergency appointments via phone, text or email
Individual sessions can be added for $75 per session (normally $100).
