Each week we have two hours of cosy, communal writing time, which includes:
- A 10-minute 'Hello': This is your time to share in a few words where you're joining from and what you'll be working on
- A 10-minute Drop-Into-The-Body Session: Using Embodied Coaching Skills, I'll lead us into a place of calm and safety. Then I'll help you get up close and personal with the wisdom your body wants to share to help you in the writing process.
- 1.5 hours' Silent Writing Time: This is your time to work in companiable silence on your own writing.
- A 10-minute Sharing Session: Share with your writing or insights with the group if you're motivated to do so, or simply soak up the inspiration from others' sharing.

Absolutely not! Writing is for everyone. If you're creatively curious or want to write for self-expression or the therapeutic benefits, you're more than welcome here.

No, there is no obligation to share. However, many writers do find it helps improve their confidence to take that brave first step of sharing. They also love the encouragement from other writers.
What will I be writing during the sessions?
You can work on whatever you want, whether that's a novel, poem, play, screenplay, journaling or copywriting for your business.
