“The best competition I have is against myself to become better.” — John Wooden
Who This Is For
- If you’ve been carrying the cognitive load alone - this is an opportunity to partner, pause and refocus.
- If “should’ve” and “someday” keep showing up in your internal monologue - it's the time to interrupt that loop.
- If your direction feels clouded by too many choices or high-stakes noise - this is where strategic clarity begins.
Whether you’re exploring leadership development, academic transitions, or personal recalibration, this clarity call offers a space to stop performing and start evolving - guided by a trusted strategic mirror.
What You’ll Come Away With
In this 45-minute working session, you’ll:
- Surface what’s been slowing you down, blurring your focus, or obscuring your direction.
- Explore how Creativity Centered Coaching® delivers clarity under pressure - grounded in neuroscience, strategic dialogue, and habit design.
- Leave with at least one actionable strategy to test immediately - no strings attached.
This isn’t just a casual chat - it’s a precision-tuned, aligned conversation designed to move you from “thinking about it” to “doing something with it.”
What to Expect
This is a professional-level conversation - confidential, agenda-free, and designed to help high-functioning professionals clarify what matters and what’s next.
You bring the context. I bring authentic curiosity and the ability to simplify complexity without oversimplifying your goals.

We’ll explore what’s currently working, what isn’t, and how coaching could support a future that feels aligned, not overloaded.
No pressure. If we’re aligned, great - we’ll map out next steps. If not, you’ll still have fresh clarity and at least one insight worth putting to work.
“The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.” — Joseph Campbell
Frequently Asked Questions
Which meeting platform will we use?
We’ll meet on Zoom, a standard video conferencing platform. If you haven’t used Zoom before, please download the app in advance. If internet bandwidth is an issue, we’ll start with video "on" and adjust as needed.
What if I have to reschedule?
Life happens—just log in to cancel and rebook. If you're already a client, you'll see additional scheduling options available.
What if I'm late to the call?
I’ll be on the call for the full 45 minutes. If you arrive late or leave early, that time can’t be extended or refunded—but I’ll make the most of the time we have.
Do we really need the full 45 minutes for this call?
You may not think you need the full time, but clients often find it valuable. This is your opportunity to step back, assess, and explore what the ROI of coaching could look like—for you.
What happens after the clarity call?
After our call, I’ll send a brief follow-up that summarizes any key takeaways or next-step options we discussed. There’s no pressure to continue, but if you want to explore further or you’re ready to select your coaching program, I’ll make sure you know exactly how to do that.
How long have you been coaching?
Originally trained by Thomas Leonard (“The Father of Coaching”) and his teams, I began my formal coaching journey in 2001. Years later, with hundreds of coaching hours behind me, I was accepted into the C-IQ for Coaches training program led by founder Judith E. Glaser and her team. In 2019, that work culminated in earning the coveted Certified in Conversational Intelligence® designation.
