- We’ve already done deeper work together and you want to stay connected
- You’re in a season of relative stability, integration, or recalibration
- You value having a place to return ~ without pressure to perform or produce
Maintenance supports continuity without intensity. It holds the thread without insisting on momentum.
Some clients pair this rhythm with occasional supplemental sessions during fuller months or times of transition. Others let the quiet do its work. Both are welcome here.
