Not your usual retreat.
With the intention and motto of Come as you are. Leave more yourself.

Over 14 unforgettable days, this women’s wellbeing holiday blends culture, creativity, adventure, and deep connection.

We begin in the buzzing heart of Tanzania - Dar es Salaam - with a weekend to ground ourselves, soak in the vibrancy of the city, and enjoy island trips on the Indian Ocean. You’ll taste local food, hear live music, and begin opening yourself to the adventures ahead, finding both courage and connection with the women you’ll share this journey with.

Next, we head north to Moshi (town) at the foot of Kilimanjaro, where fertile farmland meets breathtaking views. You’ll explore waterfalls on foot, savour nourishing meals traditional to the Chagga tribe, and take part in creative workshops. And of course, there’s an unforgettable safari - because how could you come to the land of Simba and not?

Finally, we travel to the spice island of Zanzibar. Azure waters, white-sand beaches, and stillness like nowhere else. Whether you want to rest, reset, explore, or dive into adventure, this week is yours to fill with exactly what you need, supported by the group and the space you’ve created together.

This trip isn’t about changing who you are - it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
