 Not an ongoing rhythm ~just a place to pause, to listen, to meet what is here.

This session offers a single, spacious hour for reflection, integration, or quiet realignment.

You don’t need a longer commitment ~ only the right kind of attention, at the right time.

We meet for 60 minutes. A place to name what’s alive, without needing to resolve it. A place where what is forming can be met before it fully takes shape.

Sometimes that’s enough.

This is for those in the midst of something subtle or unnameable ~ a shift, a question, a threshold that hasn’t fully revealed itself.

You may not know what’s next. Only that something is moving…and that it would help to not meet it alone.

You are not lost. You are in an in-between.
