Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that utilizes guided hypnosis to help individuals achieve a relaxed, focused state of mind, increasing their openness to suggestion and facilitating positive behavioral changes.

A session involves guiding a person into a trance to address specific issues or goals. It's a therapeutic process where  I utilize hypnosis to encourage positive changes in thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. The session typically includes an initial consultation, induction (guided relaxation), deepener (furthering relaxation), change work (addressing the issue with suggestions), and reorientation (returning to a fully alert state). 

As your hypnotherapist, I would guide you into a relaxed state, often by focusing on your breath, physical sensations, and/or mental imagery. 

It's crucial to understand that hypnotherapy does not involve mind control. You are still in control and can choose whether or not to accept suggestions. 

After a hypnotherapy session, people commonly report feeling relaxed, refreshed, and calm, similar to waking up from a restful nap. Some also experience heightened emotional sensitivity, mental clarity, or mild tiredness. 
The experience is individual, and some may feel light-headed, groggy, or even experience an emotional release.
