Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, anxiety, or simply feeling a little lost, this is a space where you can be held without pressure, expectation, or judgement.
Each session includes guided practices such as breathing, meditation, and reflective exercises — supporting you to unwind, regulate your emotions, and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
You’re welcome to join quietly or take part in whatever way feels right for you. Cameras are optional, there are no introductions or expectations — just a calm, supportive space to land.
