In group coaching, I work with several clients at once—facilitating conversations, sharing tools, and creating space for individual growth within a supportive community.
Each person is working toward their own goals, but no one is doing it alone. You’ll learn not just from your own effort, but from the honest insights and momentum of your peers.

What to Expect
Across nine monthly sessions held over Zoom, we will:
- Explore career decisions
- Begin each session with personal check-ins and close with next steps
- Share progress, offer feedback, and support one another
- Celebrate both individual milestones and collective wins
- Resume and LinkedIn guideance
- Expert guest speakers
Between sessions, you’ll have access to:
- A shared group spreadsheet for resources and updates
- Your own private job search tracker (shared only with your coach)
- Worksheets to help organize thoughts, plans, and goals
- Monthly student newsletters and parents
Plus:
- One 1:1 coaching session per quarter
- One job scan per month with a 10-minute debrief
- Career center best practices
- Data insights for two jobs (specific location required)
