What happens in the 90 minutes
You do not need to arrive prepared. Nothing to organize, nothing to perform. You show up as you are and we look.
I name the exact identity pattern keeping you stuck. The proving, the performing, the controlling, the chasing, whichever one is actually running the show. We find where it started and what it has quietly been costing you, in the business and in everything else.
Then I hand you the one shift that matters.
