What is Rahanni?
Rahanni Celestial Healing is a gentle, heart-centred energy healing modality that supports emotional wellbeing, relaxation, inner peace, and compassion. It offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive in a calm and nurturing environment.

What does the word Rahanni mean?
The word Rahanni means "of one heart," reflecting its intention to nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Rahanni is traditionally associated with the Pink Ray of Light, a symbol of unconditional love and compassion.

What is the Pink Ray of Light?
In the Rahanni tradition, the Pink Ray of Light symbolizes unconditional love, compassion, kindness, and acceptance. It represents the loving intention behind each healing session and the qualities that Rahanni seeks to cultivate—inner peace, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

What happens during a session?
You'll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table. Throughout the session, I gently channel Rahanni healing energy in a quiet, supportive environment.

Many people experience deep relaxation, while others notice warmth, tingling, a sense of calm, or simply enjoy an opportunity to rest. Every experience is unique.

Do I have to believe in energy healing for Rahanni to work?
No.
You don't need to have any previous experience with energy healing or hold any particular spiritual beliefs. I simply invite you to come with an open mind and allow yourself time to rest and receive. Every person's experience is different.

What are the potential benefits of a Rahanni session?
Many people report that Rahanni may help them:
• Experience deep relaxation
• Feel calmer and more peaceful
• Reduce feelings of stress and emotional overwhelm
• Feel more emotionally balanced
• Quiet a busy or racing mind
• Feel lighter and less emotionally burdened
• Cultivate greater self-compassion and self-acceptance
• Increase feelings of inner peace and wellbeing
• Feel more grounded and centred
• Create space for rest, reflection, and self-care

How is Rahanni different from Reiki?
Although both Reiki and Rahanni are gentle energy healing modalities, they each have their own unique focus.

Reiki is traditionally understood as supporting the natural flow of life-force energy and helping to restore energetic balance.

Rahanni is often described as a heart-centred healing modality that focuses on compassion, love, and emotional balance. Its intention is to create a nurturing space where the mind, body, and spirit can rest, restore, and reconnect.

Rather than one being "better" than the other, they simply offer different experiences. Some people resonate more with Reiki, while others are drawn to the gentle, compassionate qualities of Rahanni.

Can Rahanni help if I'm grieving?
Grief affects every part of us—our minds, our bodies, and our nervous systems.
While Rahanni does not take grief away, many people find that it offers a peaceful pause from the emotional intensity of loss. It provides a quiet opportunity to rest, receive care, and reconnect with yourself without feeling the need to talk.

Rahanni can also be incorporated into a Holistic Grief Coaching session for those who would like to combine compassionate conversation with energy healing.

What will I feel during a session?
Every person's experience is unique. Some people notice warmth, tingling, or a gentle flow of energy. Others experience deep relaxation or feel emotionally lighter afterward. Some simply enjoy an hour of uninterrupted rest. There is no right or wrong experience.

How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some people book a single session as an opportunity to relax and recharge, while others choose to incorporate Rahanni into their ongoing self-care or healing journey.

Is Rahanni safe?
Rahanni is a gentle, non-invasive complementary wellness practice suitable for most people. It is intended to support relaxation and emotional wellbeing. If you have any medical concerns, Rahanni should be used alongside—not instead of—the care and advice of your healthcare providers.

Is Rahanni a religion?
No. Rahanni is not affiliated with any religion or religious denomination. People from many different faiths and spiritual backgrounds—or no spiritual background at all—choose to experience Rahanni.

Can Rahanni be combined with Holistic Grief Coaching?
Absolutely.

Many clients enjoy beginning with a one-hour Holistic Grief Coaching session, followed by a 30-minute Rahanni session. This allows time to process thoughts and emotions through conversation before transitioning into a period of deep rest and reflection.
