Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this a 90-day programme?
Because meaningful business change requires implementation, not just information. Ninety days allows us to create your action plan and growth road map, implement and test changes and build momentum.
Why six sessions?
The sessions are strategically spaced to allow time for implementation and testing between calls while still providing accountability and support via WhatsApp.
Why not weekly coaching?
Most business owners don’t need more information every week - I want to decrease overwhelm and not add to it. 

A client needs time to apply what they’ve learned, test it, and create measurable progress.

I am realistic that you are a busy person, running a business and a life, so in order for you to succeed and get great results with me, I pace the calls to give you time to implement and test while still keeping up with your day-to-day activities 

Is this an investment or an expense?
The goal of this programme is to create improvements in lead generation, sales confidence, systems and business performance that continue long after the programme ends.

It is an investment in you and your business as tke skills you will learn will serve you throughout your career.

The cost of the investment is a full business expense (fully deductible) for accounting as it is a cost incurred wholly and exclusively to run your business.

Before we have a session, you will complete a detailed questionnaire, so that we hit the floor running, and make use of each minute we have together. The questionnaire will guide you through various areas of your business and help you assess where you need the most help.

From our sessions, we will create a clear structure and growth plan tailored to your goals, business, and capacity.

You don’t need a team to invest in The Business Breakthrough Intensive.

We can assess when and if you to need a team when we talk about your long-term goals and vision for your business.

If you do need or want to build a team, I can totally help you do that - part of my past life was working in recruitment for many years, plus I have built my own team to over 50 members when running my service business.
How much time will this take?
That is your call, and it will be based on the time and the mental capacity you have, outside of running your business. 

In The Business Breakthrough Intensive, you will receive:

  • 1 x 90-minute deep-dive strategy & coaching sessions with me
  • 5 x 45 minute coaching & startegy sessions (1 every fortnight)
  • Session notes and with action steps to complete
  • Weekly accountability and evaulation check-ins

You will also recieve a bespoke business strategy plan with the long-term vision of your business and a breakdown of your growth roadmap (action steps).

My goal isn’t to overwhelm you. I want you to succeed and walk away from our time togther with an executable plan and feeling more confident, clear, focused, and motivated. 

By signing up for the BBI, you are investing in yourself and your business. I want you to be able to squeeze every single drop of ROI out of our time together.

To that end, I would recommend booking 1 - 4 hours out of your diary each week (depedning on what we're building) to do the action steps and complete the tasks that we will outline in our sessions. 

Then, during your next session, we will briefly focus on the results of your actions. I will coach you through any thoughts or feelings that came up from the tasks or your journal prompts before we move on to the next session and set of actions in your strategy plan. 

This is called a business intensive for a reason... 

The 90 day container is to kick-start momentum and get you rocking an' rolling in a timeframe that is long enough to deliver business changing plans and short enough to implement and get quick wins

How often can I book sessions?
You have a total of 6 strategy and coaching sessions as part of your The Business Breakthrough Intensive package.

Do you want to smash out a project, create a sales campaign for a service, or do some intensive, need-to-do-it-now work? 

Great, let's do it - book one session a week for 6 weeks.

Do you want to plan out a new service, fix a process or system, or rebuild a sales system?  

Bring it on - Book a session every week, and we'll have it done in 6 weeks.

Most of my clients tho...

Have one session every fortnight to work at a steady and consistent, yet still intensive pace, that fits perfectly around their business and other commitments.

Book your sessions to suit you, your energy and your current business commitments.

As a guide, book your sessions based on:

1. What it is you want to achieve
2. The timescales in your mind to reach your goal
3. Your capacity, and the time you have available to do the work

Coaching and strategy sessions are not a done-for-you service - you need to have the time to implement the action steps.
 
Our sessions are to create the business development plan and map out the action steps needed to create the change... then, YOU, my friend, are the change-maker who will do the work...

BUT - the skills you learn with me will serve you for the rest of your career.

Rome wasn't built in a day... so please book your sessions around what time you KNOW you can commit to doing the work to get the best results from our time together.
What support do I get inbetween sessions?
As part of The Business Breakthrough Intensive, you will have a weekly accountability task every Monday via WhatsApp, to help you plan your week and the top priority you want to achieve. 

At the end of each week, you will receive evaluation prompts to evaluare your progress and assess how you can tweak what's working, drop what's not, and go again the following week.

You will also have WhatsApp access with me between our sessions for questions, feedback, accountability, or support. 

WhatsApp messaging and coaching is available Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm.

I'll be in your pocket for as long as we're working togther... I'm here for it all -  the wobbles, the wins, the frustrations, and the fire!
What kind of results have other clients seen? What can I expect?
All of the clients I've worked with have gone from feeling scattered and overwhelmed to confident and focused, with a plan to move forward, regardless of what they came to me for.

For clients I've worked with purely on sales, I have seen results ranging from a 27% increase in sales to a whopping 1300% increase! 

I have also worked with clients on non-sales-targeted areas - but as part of their overall business development plan.
 
It is very HARD to sell more and scale beyond a certain point without systems and processes to support the growth - it will get messy, fast!

Working with small business owners is not a vanity project for me, and I certainly would never put my name to bad work, regardless of the task. Whether I'm cleaning a toilet or delivering to a board of directors, I only ever want to put my best work out into the world.
 
Due to my autoimmune conditions, I can no longer run at the speed required to operate a business. Still, I absolutely LOVE business and solving problems (like, if I won the lottery, I would do it for free, type love it!), therefore, becoming trained as a coach was the logical step for me to allow me to be involved with a small business without it being my own.

You can think of me as your silent business partner, personal business development manager, and hype-woman.

When I work with you, I will support you with my whole self... your success and business development are my only goals.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?
You have 14 days from the date you book your first session to cancel The Business Breakthrough Intensive package and request a full refund, mius any used sessions.

By the end of our time together, you will have a clear roadmap to your goal and the plan and strategy to implement the necessary systems, structure, or mindsets to achieve them.
