Running a building company with a business partner is intense at the best of times.

I’ve been in business for over three years but still feel like I’m “winging it.” Is this package for me?
This program is designed for business owners who are ready to move from reactive mode into real strategy and leadership.
Before we have a session, you will complete a detailed questionnaire, so that we hit the floor running, and make use of each minute we have together. The questionnaire will guide you through various areas of your business and help you assess where you need the most help.
We will then start with where you are, look at where you want your business to go, and base our plans on helping you achieve that.
From our sessions, we will create a clear structure and growth plan tailored to your goals, business, and capacity.
I’m just starting out, will this package be too advanced for me?
If you’re ambitious and committed to building your business on a solid, and scalable, foundation from day one, this will fast-track your growth and take out the guesswork that comes with a start-up.

How much time will this take?
In The Business Breakthrough Intensive, you will receive:
- 3 x 90-minute strategy & coaching sessions with me
- Session notes and next action steps from each session
- Weekly accountability and evaulation check-ins
You will also recieve a bespoke business strategy plan with the long-term vision of your business and a breakdown of the roadmap (action steps).
My goal isn’t to overwhelm you. I want you to succeeed and walk away from our time togther with an executable plan, and feeling more confident, clear, focused, and motivated.
By signing up for the BBI, you are investing in yourself and your business and `I want you to be able to squeeze every single drop of ROI out of it.
To that end, I would recommend booking 1 - 4 hours out of your diary each week (depedning on what we're building) to do the action steps and tasks that we will outline in our sessions.
Then, when you come to your next session, we can briefly focus on the results of your actions. I can coach you around any thoughts or feelings that came up from the tasks or your journal prompts, before we move on to the next session and section of your strategy plan.
This is called a business intensive for a reason...

How often can I book sessions?
Do you want to smash out a project, plan a rebrand, create a sales campaign for a service, or do some intensive, need-to-do-it-now work?
Great, let's do it - book a session a week for 3 weeks.
Do you want to plan out a new service, fix a process or system, or rebuild a sales system?
Bring it on - Book a session every fortnight, and we'll have it done in 6 weeks.
Most of my clients tho...
Book one session a month for 3 months to work at a steady and consistent pace around their business and other commitments.
Book your sessions to suit you, your energy and your current business commitments.
As a guide, book your sessions based on:
1. What it is you want to achieve
2. The timescales in your mind to reach your goal
3. Your capacity, and the time you have available to do the work
Coaching and strategy sessions are not a done-for-you service.
Our sessions are to create the business development plan and map out the action steps needed to create the change... then, YOU, my friend, are the change-maker who will do the work...BUT - the skills you learn with me will serve you for the rest of your career.
Rome wasn't built in a day... so please book your sessions around what time you KNOW you can commit to doing the work to get the best results from our time together.
What support do I get inbetween sessions?
At the end of each week, we will evaluate our progress and assess how we can tweak what's working, drop what's not, and go again the following week.
You will also have WhatsApp access with me for questions, feedback, accountability, or support - whatever you need.
WhatsApp messaging and coaching available Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm.
So, I'll be in your pocket for as long as we're working togther... I'm here for it all - the wobbles, the wins, the frustrations, and the fire!
What kind of results have other clients seen? What can I expect?
For clients I've worked with purely on sales, I have seen results ranging from a 27% increase in sales to a whopping 1300% increase!
I have also worked with clients on non-sales-targeted areas - but as part of their overall business development plan.
It is very HARD to sell more and scale beyond a certain point without systems and processes to support the growth - it will get messy, fast!
I've worked with clients on:
- Planning a new service, including the pricing, positioning, and sales planning
- Hiring and onboarding team members
- Disciplinary processes and staff issues
- Securing commercial contracts by creating pitch decks and tender documents
- Helped clients plan their pricing for becoming VAT-registered

It is important to note that if I didn't think I could help you, or make a difference to you or your business, I would tell you so, and try to refer you to someone in my network who would be better placed to help you.
Working with small business owners is not a vanity project for me, and I certainly would never put my name to bad work, regardless of the task. Whether I'm cleaning a toilet or delivering to a board of directors, I only ever want to put my best work out into the world.
Due to my autoimmune conditions, I can no longer run at the speed required to operate a business. Still, I absolutely LOVE business and solving problems (like, if I won the lottery, I would do it for free, type love it!), therefore, becoming trained as a coach was the logical step for me to allow me to be involved with a small business without it being my own.
You can think of me as your silent business partner, personal business development manager, and hype-woman.
When I work with you, I will support you with my whole self... your success and business development are my only goals.
In summary, to answer the question, the results you achieve will depend on YOU and the WORK YOU PUT INTO IT. I will give you the strategy, the plan, the tools, and the frameworks. I will hold you accountable and check in with you at least twice a week, BUT coaching and strategy is NOT a done-for-you service; you have to do the work and take the action.
