What you’ll get
- Plain-English design & scope. You share goals, kids’ needs, finances, and priorities; we frame the decisions ahead (property division, support, parenting time) and explain how Minnesota procedure intersects—no jargon.
- A flat-fee proposal. If we’re a fit, you’ll receive a clear quote for unlimited mediation (joint work plus private caucus as needed) within 90 days plus white-glove filing/implementation support; if limited-scope fits better, we’ll size it accordingly.
- Decision aids. Checklists, an asset/debt organizer, a parenting-plan outline, and illustrative support calculators—so choices are concrete.
Scheduling & attendance
- Both spouses/partners should attend jointly.
- Choose a time at least two weeks out to give yourself breathing room for the pre-session homework. Plan for the full two hours.

Here’s how—commit in advance by entering coupon code WAIVE848 at checkout, which confirms two conditions, (1) you’ll complete and submit all Pre-Session Homework at least 3 days before your appointment, and (2) both partners will attend as scheduled. That’s it. Meeting those two requirements waives your session fee. (If the homework isn’t submitted ahead of time, we’ll use the session to complete it together and we’ll charge the Planning Session fee to the card on file, creditable toward future mediation.)
