Booking for  5 x 1 hour coaching sessions with Sema (at the discounted price of £75 per session), as part of a 6 session package, which you will purchase in advance.

You will receive 5 sessions, spaced 3-4 weeks apart and we will work on you achieving the goal that you set yourself in Session 1.  Together we will set actions for you to complete and I will provide guidance, encouragement and challenge throughout the process.    We can always add further sessions as required.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email or call to schedule an appointment (unless this has already been agreed in advance).
