Programme Aim
To provide tailored coaching that empowers Autistic ADHDers to thrive at work by developing strategies for executive functioning, communication, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and well-being.
The package includes 24 hours of one-to-one coaching, delivered flexibly (e.g. 12 × 2h sessions, 24 × 1h sessions, or a blended format depending on workplace needs).
Phase 1 – Understanding & Foundations (4 Hours) • Workplace Self-Understanding: strengths, challenges, masking, burnout, values and strengths mapping. • Executive Functioning Foundations: time-blindness, need for structure, externalising supports.
Phase 2 – Productivity & Focus (6 Hours) • Task Management & Prioritisation: breaking tasks down, hyperfocus vs paralysis, energy mapping. • Managing Distraction & Overload: ADHD distractibility vs autistic sensory overwhelm, environmental adaptations. • Working Memory & Organisation: reminders, body doubling, external systems.
Phase 3 – Communication & Relationships (6 Hours) • Communication Styles: literal interpretation, impulsivity, overtalking, boundary-setting. • Navigating Workplace Dynamics: meetings, hierarchy, advocacy with colleagues/managers. • Conflict & Feedback: handling criticism, RSD strategies, advocacy scripts.
Phase 4 – Emotional Regulation & Resilience (4 Hours) • Stress & Emotional Regulation: meltdowns, shutdowns, emotional intensity, reset routines. • Burnout & Energy Management: recognising exhaustion, balancing high/low energy, weekly recovery plans.
Phase 5 – Long-Term Success & Growth (4 Hours) • Self-Advocacy & Career Growth: workplace adjustments, reviews, progression planning. • Sustaining Strategies: personalised workplace playbook, accountability systems.
