Can I cancel my agreement?
You are getting into coaching to create good habits and change. This can't be done overnight, there is no magic pill. You need to commit to do the work. This is for your life. The minimum commitment is 6 months, after that you can go month to month for $50 more or renew another 6 month agreement at your current rate of your original agreement.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, of course.
What if I don't like it?
We will work through it, If nothing changes, nothing changes. Your brain is designed to keep you safe, it's just uncomfortability. It's part of the process.
