1. Will my coaching sessions be recorded?
Only with the client's prior approval and knowledge. If the client prefers no recordings, we will comply. The recordings are crucial and allow both you and your coach to review the progress made during each session. These recordings may help our coaches assess their coaching skills and track your personal development over the course of the program.
2. Who will have access to my coaching session recordings?
The Inspired Success assigned coach will only have access to any session recordings. These reviews are used to assess the client’s progress. Rest assured that your session recordings will not be shared with any external parties without your consent, unless required by law.
3. How will I receive my coaching package materials?
After signing up for your coaching package, you will receive an email containing all the necessary materials, including your client intake forms, workbook, and any additional resources needed for your sessions. These will be accessible via your Paperbell account as well.
4. How do I book my sessions?
You can book your coaching sessions directly through Paperbell, where you'll select available time slots that work for both you and your coach. A booking link will be provided after your enrollment to make scheduling seamless. You’ll also receive automated reminders to ensure you never miss a session.
5. How long will each coaching session be?
Our ROI VIP Consultation 1:1 is a power-packed 70 minute session.
6. What if I need to reschedule my session?
If you need to reschedule, you can easily do so through Paperbell. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to ensure we can accommodate your new time. If you need assistance with rescheduling or have special circumstances, our support team is always available to help. See our agreement for full details.
7. How will I track my progress throughout the program?
You will track your progress through a combination of coaching feedback, self-reflection exercises, and check-ins. After each session, your coach will provide notes and suggestions to help you stay on track with your goals. Additionally, Paperbell offers progress tracking tools to help monitor your journey.
8. Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes, your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. All personal details provided during the onboarding process, including session recordings, are securely stored and only accessed by Inspired Success staff.

9. What happens if I miss a session?
If you miss a session, notify your coach and reschedule as soon as possible. You can arrange a makeup session through Paperbell, if approved, but I encourage you to attend each session to ensure you receive the best experience of your journey.
