What to Expect in Your Session:
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, supportive space. Here’s how it works:
- Pre-Session Conversation – We discuss your goals, any areas of concern, and your intention for the session.
- Energy Healing Session – You’ll lie down fully clothed, close your eyes, and relax. I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above your body to channel Reiki energy.
- Post-Session Reflection – We’ll talk about what you experienced, what I noticed in your energy, and suggestions for ongoing healing.
You may feel warmth, tingling, lightness, or simply deep calm — all of which are completely normal.
