How will I receive my coaching material?
After signing up for your coaching package, you will receive an email containing all the necessary materials, client intake form and workbook.
How do I book my sessions?
You can book your coaching sessions directly through Paperbell, where you'll select available time slots that work for both you and your coach. A booking link will be provided after your enrollment to make scheduling seamless. You'll also receive automated reminders to ensure you never miss a session.
How long will my Coaching sessions be?
Each coaching session is typically 60 minutes, but this may vary depending on the specific package and the coach's structure. You'll receive details about sessions lengths when you book your coaching package, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
If you need to reschedule, you can easily do so through Paperbell. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to ensure we can accommodate your new time. If you need assistance with rescheduling or have special circumstances, please contact Rooted & Bold Christian Life Coaching via email.
How will track my program throughout the program?
You will track your progress through a combination of coaching feedback, self-reflection, and exercises, and weekly check-ins. After each session, your coach will provide notes and suggestions to help you stay on track with your goals. Additionally, Paperbell offer progress tracking tools to help monitor your journey.
Is my personal information kept confidential
Yes, your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. All personally details provided during the onboarding process are securely stored and only accessed by Rooted & Bold Christian Life Coaching staff.
What happens if I miss a session
If you miss a session notify your coach and rescheduled as soon as possible. You can arrange make up session through paperbell, however there are no credit given and refunds are determined strictly by guidelines of contract. I encourage you to attend each session to ensure you get the full benefits of your four-week journey.
